Patriot Oil Mills Corp. Signs Renewable Diesel Offtake Agreement with Targray

Patriot Oil Mills Corp. has signed an offtake agreement with Targray for renewable diesel production from its proposed integrated canola-processing and renewable-fuels complex in Saskatchewan.

The agreement represents an important commercial milestone for Patriot Oil Mills, establishing a pathway to market for the facility’s renewable diesel production while supporting the company’s financing, engineering and project-development activities.

Located in the heart of Western Canada’s canola-producing region, the Patriot Oil Mills complex is being designed to integrate canola crushing, renewable-fuel production, advanced stack technology, biochar manufacturing and carbon-credit generation within a single value chain.

The project is intended to convert locally grown canola into lower-carbon renewable fuel while creating new markets for Saskatchewan producers and maximizing the value of each part of the canola seed.

“Our agreement with Targray strengthens the commercial foundation of Patriot Oil Mills and connects our planned renewable diesel production with an established participant in global renewable-fuel markets. It is another major step toward building one of North America’s most integrated agricultural and clean-fuel platforms.”
